Hunting for new music used to be one of my most favorite pass times, but since I left for University all my time has been devoted to my art, or other work and I get overwhelmed by all the new wonderful music out there. I'm starting to search a little more now that I'm home for the holidays, because my iPod desperately needs a new years makeover. The first new album I'm adding is Actor by St. Vincent who my boyfriend (who regularly writes music reviews so I'm in good hands) introduced me to this week. I adore her already and can't wait to find more. Any suggestions or favorites?

I love how packed with photo galleries and info the website for Canadian House & Home is. It is still one of my top magazines for inspiration. Also so proud and happy it's Canadian design! It's so nice to flip through and know that I have access to everything that they feature. Same with Style at Home. They will always my top two decor magazines!

Just had my last day of class, and now I'm getting ready to go home for Christmas. Yay!

I'm so excited over the Winter issue of Lonny magazine. Beautiful gift guides, ideas on how to get the decorating style of some of the most gorgeous shops, and many more rooms packed with personality... Let's just say I died.

My beautiful friend Nathalie and I had fun playing stylist and took photos of Christmas-y jewels last week. She has the most impressive collection of vintage clutch purses and jewelry!

Warm, rich, dark walls are so much cozier in the winter time. Still as neutral as white which I love.
