Tonight we went to my school's Wearable Art Show, and it was very inspiring. I'm more excited than ever to start making clothes and experimenting with patterns. I love these Liberty of London fabric samples, especially the feathers. It was a wet and windy day, but under a big white tent with the trees and lights it started to feel magical.

There is not much on my mind besides being excited for going home and reuniting with family and friends. This year has been wonderful, and I'm even more excited for the next. Very happy.

Postings will be extra scarce until school is finished. But I have a lot in my brain and 'blog' folder!

Ever since I signed up for some fashion courses next year, I've had it on my mind more than usual. This outfit on the cover of Canada's Flare magazine caught my eye. The first thing I did was check the sources, and found its by Peter Som. I'd say it's one of the prettiest, most wearable collections I've seen, even though I haven't been paying much attention lately. I strongly believe that all dresses should have pockets.

I know I'd never own a bag like this myself, but they're so fun to look at.
