Thinking back to the hours spent looking through the same I SPY books over and over in my elementary schools library.

I'm on the verge of a book binge, and this is at the top of my list.

Had a nice time taking photos at the Laporte gardens this morning.

It's so hot here...Which is probably what attracted me to this cool-looking white space. Just thinking of what to do today, playing on we heart it.

I'm so excited for my Nikon camera class tomorrow at Henry's. It's going to be so helpful, 3 hours of hands on manual free learning.

Ikea has some really neat new art cards now I found this morning. I have to estimate how many Ribba frames I need to finally hang up some things I've collected at school.

Since the show CityLine has ended until a new host is chosen to replace lovely Marilyn Denis, I sometimes watch the reruns in the morning. Preston Bailey was on today and it got me looking at his portfolio again, and reminded me how much I'd love to have his books. And perhaps do my wedding one day...wishful thinking indeed.

I was sad to learn that Yves St Laurent had passed away yesterday. He will be greatly missed by the fashion world, and will always be one of my favorite designers.

I'm really falling in love with Montréal from these photos, and hoping to get a visit in the end of June. I've been there a few times before, but never for shopping, so it's about time. I'll be there again in August to see Radiohead...eee! But in case it's a short stay, going twice will be good.
I would love to end up there someday to live and work.
