the dress that got away...

We went on a shopping trip to Montreal on Monday, and it was a beautiful and fun afternoon, except for one tiny thing...The French Connection dress that just did not want to be mine. I tried it on (stupid.) and fell in love with it, but didn't grab it since I couldn't think of an event to wear it to. I met boyfriend at Starbucks, and by the time I was ready to go for it, no more sizes! If I learned anything from the "Wendy Dress" it's that when you see something you adore on a shopping trip (and it's not outrageously out of your price range) for the love of fashion GO FOR IT!!!!

Vacation time! We're going home for two weeks, and all I want to do is eat, shop, and relax. Can't wait to get there.

This afternoon I had a very successful shopping day with my beautiful friend Nathalie :) Lot's of summery stuff.

I'm loving Wilfred's gorgeous summer collection. The photography is stunning and feels dreamy, like the clothes.

I thought it would be fun to post a bunch of photos of some cool listed homes here in Halifax, NS. I love the traditional bones and style of so many houses here, especially when the inside is updated so perfectly. It's fun to see what's inside so many places I admire when I'm walking around downtown.
