My heart is broken! That's all I have to say.

Just a few shots I took for my digital photography class this week. We need to snap thirty a day which can be hard some days, but easy when I'm feeling inspired. It was a bright and sunny morning so I took some photos of my favorite spots in our apartment.

These are some of my favorite spaces with bright pops of color in them, the blue one especially is a long time favorite! of course followed by Lynda Reeve's gorgeous neutral kitchen in Toronto.

I'm going to try (as sort of a resolution let's say) to remember to search and post as much as I can on top of everything else. I always feel a little sad when I'm uninspired and find it hard to get going again, but when I do I'm always happy, so I'm going to try as much as I can, beginning with these photos of Canadian stylist Sabrina Linn's gorgeous loft. Yay!

I'm back to school, with lots on my mind, and excitement for making new things. I've been looking forward to this semester all year now that I'll be in photography and fashion. I want to start out with making skirts, and eventually try and produce all the styles I've always wanted in my closet. I get sucked into Polyvore.com all the time looking for inspiration.

Hunting for new music used to be one of my most favorite pass times, but since I left for University all my time has been devoted to my art, or other work and I get overwhelmed by all the new wonderful music out there. I'm starting to search a little more now that I'm home for the holidays, because my iPod desperately needs a new years makeover. The first new album I'm adding is Actor by St. Vincent who my boyfriend (who regularly writes music reviews so I'm in good hands) introduced me to this week. I adore her already and can't wait to find more. Any suggestions or favorites?
